About Us
1. Your company is a trading company or factory?
Our company is a combination of production and trade, industry and trade integration business, more than 20 years to focus on Medical Equipment, Sports&Body Safety and Furniture field and 8 years of export experience.
2. Company area?
We have total manufacturing facilities of around 1800 square meters and more than 80 staff.
3. What kind of qualification certification that your company has?
We have passed the ISO13485 international quality management system, and become the SGS audit supplier.
4. How many after-sales service personnel are in your company?
We have nine after-sales personnel, responsible for assisting the customer after-sales problems.
5. Company research and development team?
Now we have 8 professionals in our R&D team.

Orders
1. Which procedure to secure your Quality?
Our company has its own research & development and production base, the products have been calibrated by QC before they leave the factory, ensure the quality of products.
2. Accept OEM or ODM orders?
Yes, we have 9 years of OEM/ODM and customer service experience and 6 years of Export experience.
3. Leadtime
1), For in-stock products, we will arrange shipment within 5 days.
2), For OEM/ODM order:
- Sports Safety and Outdoor products: 7-15 days.
- Medical Products and Furniture: 7-35 days.
4. Accept Dropshipping orders?
Yes, For all Sports & Body Safety, Outdoor products. also for some in-stock rehab products we do dropshipping too, you can contact our sales to learn more. [email protected]
5. Products standards?
CE, ISO, FDA and other international testing standards.
6. Packing method?
Standard export box packaging or base on your requirement.
7. Main export market?
Now our products have been exported to North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, South America, and other countries.
8. What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept T/T, L/C, D/P, Payoneer, Western Union, PayPal and so on.
 

About Shipping
1. Order processing?
Please allow a processing time of 12-24 hours for your order(s) to ship. In-stock products will take up to 7days before leaving our warehouse. OEM/ODM orders will take 7-30 days. (Base on your products categories and quantity.)
2. Shipping methods?
(1). Shipping by express, by air, by sea according to customers' requirements to find the most suitable way.
(2). Responsible for the damage during the shipping process, will change the damaged part for you for free.
3. Order tracking?
Online orders can be tracked by login into your account. Please allow 24 hours after the order is shipped to see logging details.
If you need a tracking number for your order, please send an email to [email protected] along with your order/invoice number.
4. Import/export tax, duty, GSM, Customs Clearance, and etc?
All import/export-related expenses are the sole responsibility of the buyer; charges will vary from country to country. Please consult with your local import experts or transportation carrier for more details.
5. Lost or Stolen packages?
Please report all lost or stolen packages to us at the earliest possible time. An investigation will be open soon after reporting the incident to us, and a final ruling will be issued by the carrier for the claim after 10-15 business days. A replacement package will be sent as soon as the claim is accepted by the responsible carrier.


Return Policy
Return/Exchange Policy for Coze Medical Products
1. For serious product problems, we provide two solutions:
1), Re-send the products, we will bear all the expenses.
2), Arrange a refund of the cost of the problem product.
 
2. For minor product issues:
we could send you the parts of products to repair and 24-hour online technical support. or refund parts of the cost to you.
 
Return Eligibility (what is required to be eligible for a return)
- Purchase must have been made directly with Coze Medical
- All returns must be made inside the product's warranty window
- The issue must be confirmed with a Coze Medical product expert using photos or videos for a refund request to be considered
